Pelvic pain worse after hysterectomy

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone is able to give me some advice...........

I had the mirena coil ius fitted in 2012 and had nothing but pelvic pain since. I had the coil removed 6 months after it was fitted due to coil located close to my cervix. I was told that I had an infection in my pelvis and was prescribed 2 lots of antibiotics. However the pain has never resolved. After numerous visits to my gp I had a referral to gynaecology who agreed to do laparscopic surgery to see if I had endometriosis in Nov 13. I was told i did have endometriosis and that I would need to have an operation to remove it which I had in April 14. After this operation I had no relief from my pelvic pain so my consultant suggested that I have a hysterectomy as I also had adenomyosis. I had the hysterectomy April 16 and since then I have alot more pain than I did before, I have severe lower back pain and pain all down my right side as well as the pelvic pain. At my last appointment with my consultant about a month ago he said that when my womb was tested it didn't have endometriosis, he also said my right ovary was stuck down but shouldn't cause me any problems. He has now discharged me as I only have my ovaries left from his point of view there is no more he can do.

Does anyone have any advice on what I should do as I'm taking 30/500 co-codamol, nerve blocking tablets and amitriptyline and I still have a lot of pain.

Thank you xx

I've never had a hysterectomy, but it seems like so many women get pudendal nerve pain after that operation. So maybe research that and look on google images to see if the pudendal nerve runs where yoir pain is.
