Newbie here, hi! I suffer from chronic bursitis of both hips (trying physio) and horrible coccydinia plus sacral pain. It's connected with how I walk following a brain haemorrhage and REALLY hurts. I was given helpful Naproxen but can't take it for a year as just had toe fusion. Any advice would be of great help, thank you 💖
