Being refered to the pain clinic .... Not sure what to expect , but hoping it can help

Do you have access to online patient reviews of the clinic or pertinent providers? Take with a grain of salt, but might give you an idea of what to expect. Even if it is already in the computer, I always bring a copy of my meds, history, what I have already tried for pain, etc., so the provider can see a summary. Most don't wade through pages and pages of history, tests, etc. Also write down your main questions. Hard to believe, but some providers did not even examine my main problem area, I had to insist.
