Where do I go for a diagnosis

Five years ago I had a herniated disc and was diagnosed with sciatica. Have been on gabapentin ever since. Last year pain got worse so had a scan and suggested stenosis. Been to two consultants who say pain has nothing to do with my spine. Meanwhile pain down leg got worse and moved into groin and perineum . Osteopath said I had a tight muscle in left buttock. Physio tried acupuncture but back pain did not go. I have tingling round groin into gential area and my sitting bones hurt when I sit. Osteopath suggested pudendal neuralgia . Have been on hope website and certain symptoms match. However am wary of self diagnosis but don't know where to go next. Am seeing GP on friday
