Developing a pelvic pain impact questionnaire

Hello ladies!

I am a PhD student looking at some of the clinical features of vulvodynia. I am in the early stages of my research, and as study 1 I am hoping to develop a pelvic pain impact questionnaire.

It would be fantastic if you had some spare time (about ten minutes) to fill out a survey to help me develop the questionnaire.
