I am very excited as I have been classed as chronic! there's a sentence I didn't think I'd say! so I am being referred to pain management clinic. I thought at first that it was just going to be breathing exercises but I will be seeing all sorts of people who can help. yay!. I just hope it's soon. did other people find it helpful?
