We are in the process of moving our primary residence from Illinois (Chicago area) to Phoenix (Tempe). I'm having trouble finding a good doctor who is familiar with PBC here. I need one who will accept Medicare. Thanks!

There is a branch of the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix. Any branch of the Mayo Clinic is a great place place to be treated for PBC.

If I didnt live in the Pacific Northwest Id go there too!

Hi! I was just diagnosed with PBC and live in the Seattle area. I did not like the gastro that diagnosed me and am trying to find someone here in Seattle area. Any suggestions? I came across a Dr Kowdley that I may reach out to. Thank you!

You won’t be sorry if you go to Mayo Clinic. They have been researching PBC for years and are experts in treatment.

Ask your current hep, if you like them, to suggest someone in Phoenix area. When I was moving my hep told me who he suggested I see to receive the best care.
