I already eat pretty much everything that is listed, although not on a regular basis. I will have them more often now.

Niiice, thank zou, hope many will read and learn ! :) This kind of diet has lots of Omega 3 (wellknown for antiinflamatory effect especially on the digestive system, essential for brain and heart etc), spicy foods (whilst one.s stomach is ok with it) mentioned here include antioxidants and also turmeric (one of the most studied spices, with allegedly important antioxidant, antiinflamatory and anti-cancer properties), dairy has probiotics (promote intestinal anti-inflamatory processes, fight pathogenic bacteria, promote the healthy flora of the intestins, fight leaky gut syndrome and so on)... :).

This was a really helpful and informative article.

Since there are no pain meds that don"t have an adverse affect on the liver, kidney etc., finding a natural source is the best way to manage pain, perhaps in conjunction with smaller dose of meds, if you can't eliminate them entirely. Thanks for responding. Wishing you all a day free from pain, worry and stress. <3 Judi
