Yes, I have neck pain too. Putting heat on it helps. I also have a cervical pillow to give my neck extra support at night. It felt weird sleeping with it at first, but now I can't sleep without it. Seeing a chiropractor helped too.

Yes I have for about 3 years. I had a mri scan last year and I have a collapsing disc which probably explains it. The most effective thing I have found to date is to stretch my neck out (i use yoga) and that takes some of the pressure off. Have all the muscles around your neck and shoulders tightened from the pain? You might need help from a physio to loosen those all off first. I have a memory foam pillow for support at night.

I am using a memory foam pillow and use heat too and both definately help and the last 2 nights I have rubbed volterol cream on and then used the heat pad so its been better, I don't have it all the time it seems to come and go or move somewhere else for a few days, my hip was painful over christmas, do you Nissa and Val have this too ?

Yes, the pain comes and goes for me too. I think in my case it's caused by a couple of things. One is that my neck doesn't have enough of a curve (according to both a physical therapist and a chiropractor). The other is that when I'm stressed out, the muscles at the base of my neck get tensed up. I got a massage once, which felt wonderful, but its too expensive to do very often.

I also have pain that comes and goes in my wrists, knees, back, and the back of my heels. I've never had trouble with my hip, though

(I've also had pain in my jaw- the dentist said it's because I clench my teeth when I sleep, and he gave me a night guard to put on my teeth when I go to sleep).

I've wondered if I could have fibromyalgia, but my doctor said that aches and pains like this are fairly normal in people with liver diseases.

It just seems to be one thing after the other doesn't it, I've never had pain in my jam but do have problems with decay in my teeth and my dentist told me years ago I have dry mouth and that excellarates decaylol

I get a sore neck/ shoulder when i am very tired or if i have been particularly busy. I sometimes wake up with really bad pain in my hip. It doesnt seem to be connected with any kind of activity or the way I am lying in bed.

I also have a bulging disk in my neck, with a little spinal cord compression. I sleep on a pillow that actually has a square sewn in the middle, which lets you head lay flat, with the neck supported. Without it my neck would hurt. During the day, when I'm on the computer or watching tv, I have a pillow that's like a wedge

.I have had pain, as to where it shots straight to the shoulder blade. I've been in car wrecks and had whip lash, and none of them my fault. One was some guys drinking who almost hit us head on.It's my legs and knees that will keep me awake with pain. I wonder if alot of the pain is because of the ursodiol, but I know how important it is to take it, so what do you do? I have Fribromyalgia too, I can't bare for the inside of my knees to be massaged or squeezed.
