So sorry you are feeling down today. I am right there with you with exhaustion and everything hurting.

Glad you came here to express your feelings. Most of the time I feel only my fellow PBCers understand. My family tries - but sometimes they just don't get.

The ups and downs of PBC can really get to you somedays. Come here any time you feel like moaning or screeming- God knows somedays I just want to screem.

Hi Tuppence, really hope today was somewhat better for you. It is hard at times so allow yourself to moan - hope you can treat yourself to something nice, no matter how small -a good book, magazine, bar of chocolate - any little thing. Hoping the good days will follow soon.

I can say I have days where I hurt really bad and just want to stay in bed. My husband is so understanding of this and he encourages me to get up and do something...walk my dogs etc. It is hard but it does make me feel better to get the fresh air. I hope you feel better soon!
