Thank you all for your replies. Sounds like a lot of us on urso suffer with a bloated stomach. I look like I'm pregnant by the end of the day and my clothes are really tight & uncomfortable. Going for results of my blood test next week so will discuss it with my Dr. Have a good day x

Keep us updated as I’m in same position x

Spanishnan - sometimes I feel that my clothes are tight when they aren't. That's when I know it's what is inside me and not what's on me that is tight. A horrible feeling. Foods can do it to me. Raw veg or cooked root veg, if I have slightly too big a portion blow me up like a balloon.

I blow up in the evening (stomach that is) if I eat bread on the odd occasion. Mucus Poo the next day, so if you eat a lot of yeast products maybe rethink the diet, it's all trial and error. Good luck

Hi, I suffered with this too but read somewhere that eating fermented foods helps. I tried this whilst on holiday and it worked a treat for me. I now have two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar in the morning in a glass of water and I’m finding this is really helping.

Im 62-year-old. I know many times i feel pregnant. I laugh and think of Sara in the bible. I get very loose clothes.
