Does anyone know how to interpret those results?

The report should tell what stage of PBC you have based on presence of absence of fibrosis in liver. Best to get the results directly from your doctor. None of us is qualified to interpret the ultrasound test results. Sonogram and ultrasound terms are used interchangeably. They mean the same thing.
