I see you posted a few hours ago with no reply so I think we may need a bit more information. If you are in America is this for co-pay or for insurance. There is also a health tier for mental health.
Get back to us when you can I am sure someone will know something and if not an email to the PBC Foundation may get you the information you need.

I'm afraid we need more information in order to give an answer that is appropriate. For example, I thought you were asking about a 'Level 3' diagnosis for PBC, after having a liver biopsy.
