Does anyone take vitamin K2?

ButterflyEi. I sometimes take Vit K2, but definitely Vit A, D, E everyday. Have drs appointment tomorrow to run some tests. Have not have liver test for over a year, will be interesting to see where the readings stand now. When I googled long time ago, they made it clear that PBC patients should take supplements A,D,E and K.. Was diagnosed 2009 (but I am sure I have had this thing for long time) after the itching started taking over my whole life. Using Ursotan since 2009

ButterflyEi, I was diagnosed in December and I have yet to see specialist so google everything I could find. And as a result I now take A E D & K I also take a calcium tab and as a result I have found that it has helped to clear up my psoriasis so I am going to keep taking it. I should have said I had already been taking A D & E for years before and no change to psoriasis so I think I must have been deficient. So I am going to continue taking it until I am told not to.
