The above link is a short report of a very small study to look at gluten sensitivity in people with PBC. It may be of interest to some of you especially if you have celiac disease as well.

Thank you for posting, it's interesting how often celiac comes up in relation to PBC I myself have been tested twice due to symptoms but been negative both times. I still think I have a non celiac gluten sensitivity or a problem with wheat, however my consultant does not agree.

Oddly enough I had my annual check up yesterday and pushed the issue again and finally the plan now is to send me to a dietitian to sort out what foods are causing my issues.
