Hi Alousha,

I started getting the same problem, it started during my normal biking and then progressed though the gym. it has not gone away mostly. however does come back from time to time.

My personal trainer (I would highly recommend getting a good PT) thinks it was due to lack of inner core muscle (Abs) so started me on a work out to build up muscle.

I did talk to my medical specialist about the pain and he checked me out and suggested it was WIND !!!

I did notice that doing Aqua aerobics did not bring on the pain so quickly so i am thinking the PT was correct.
