anyone here get approved for SS Disability?

I have my SS D hearing this thursday -- my first application was denied based on the SS Doctors saying i'm fine -- so of course i had my lawyer contest it - now the lawyer believes that i will be approved because the judges do Not GO by the SS Drs findings, they go by the file -- wish me luck!

Am i right in thinking you are in the USA? I tried for DLA here in the uk but was turned down.

Find a citizens advice and get them to help you fill in the form. Know people who were turned down until they had help.

Yes, Z, i Am in the USA, and the clinic drs that they send us to do Not do good exams to check on pbc or symptoms, its all a general exam and nothing to do with pbc - so, i was turned down -- BUT i began the whole procedure using a lawyer so i have a good chance ((never assume 100% outcome, but a good chance)) --
