To get your 6 grams of dark chocolate daily. As recommended by Harvard Nutrition Source.

ok yes this was total clickbait. But now you have a health justification for eating chocolate so thats for a good cause right 😁

2 small squares! Its not much I know but at least you can eat it everyday and think hey this is good for me 😁

Unfortunately I can't stop at 2 squares - I always end up eating the whole bar!! I think I have an addictive personality. So I stay away from chocolate as I try to eat as little sugar as possible. But I really miss it.

πŸ˜† I understand exactly this problem. But 99% dark chocolate is so bitter you might not want to eat a whole bar. I find it less bitter if I let it melt away instead of swallowing.

Not talking about chocolate with added sugar, should be only 4 ingredients or thereabouts, 70%+ cocoa mass, cocoa butter, vanilla powder, sea salt.

It's not milk chocolate but its growing on me I find. (I only just about remember what dairy milk chocolate tasted like LOL).

I have never eaten 99% chocolate only cooked with it. I know that dark chocolate is supposed to be good for you but I just don't like it. I think that Cadbury's is the best chocolate. I am a complete philistine!!!!

yeah only the 70%+ stuff has the health benefits. Nothing comes for free 😁

I cannot remember when I last had milk chocolate. I also like to let the square melt on my tongue - it can be quite meditative. The other option for those who struggle with the bitterness would be to add a sprinkle of raw cacao nibs onto cereals etc. I also do this as I love it! 😍

Now that's a prescription I can agree with.

I don't measure mine out but eat a bit every day. I love dark chocolate - the higher the cacao content the better! 100% is my fave and nobody pinches it πŸ˜‚

yeah i think weighing it out is a step too far 😁 i just eyeball a small square and have one after lunch and dinner.
