Unable to order B12 from Germany

Hi, it’s been a while but can anyone tell me if there is a problem with getting B12 fro Germany? I’ve tried Bodfeld and Versandapo and they seem to be saying they are not delivering to the uk. Is this right? Anyone know where else I can try? Thanks.

I have just been onto the Bodfeld site , and they are shipping to U.K. . Courier charge is €9.98 how ever many you buy . I am registered. with them I pay by PayPal . Anyhow here is some information——

Since we left the single European market on January 1st , we have had difficulties in obtaining our B12 ampoules from German online pharmacies .There is added paperwork for them , and some seem to think it’s not worth the trouble ( I don’t know if this is the only reason ) So we have had to set out and find new sources .

I can say for certain that the following pharmacies are at present shipping B12 ampoules to the U.K, but some times they run out of stock, but restock quite quickly .

This site is only in German, so if you don’t read German , you will need to use Google Chrome for translation or some other translation app.

This site is available in English -You need to click on the American flag , top right on my iPad

Amazon.de ( German Amazon) You can sometimes get the ampoules here . It depends which online pharmacy is selling through amazon.de

Search for Rotexmedica b12 depot

These ampoules are the Hydroxocobalamin form of B12 , as used in the NHS .

You can use the Pharmeceutical reference numbers which appear on every pharmaceutical Item .

03862297 for packets of 10 + ampoules

03862305 for 10 x 10 packets i.e. 100 ampoules— Usually the cheapest way to buy them . The use -by date is at least 2 years. To be kept at a temperature of 25 Celsius or less, and in the dark.

I find it advantageous to register and use PayPal to pay . Usually takes about 4 days to arrive.

It's because the UK government want VAT collected at the point of sale. Which ,eans EU companies have to collect the VAT and pay it to the UK. And the UK government are charging those companies for the privilege.

Not surprising many companies are refusing to pay. Which means they refuse to ship to the UK.

I did try them but I couldn’t get to put the order into the cart, so I’ve sent them an email asking if there was a problem with their system. Not had a reply yet. However, I did manage to put an order in on Amazon.de as suggested and that has worked. Thanks everyone for your thoughts and suggestions. If we lie down in parliament square can we make it on a warm dry day as it’s wet and cold where I am. !!!

My husband tried Apohealth to get me some ampoules and had an email reply that said they were out of stock.

We are trying Bodfelt and hoping we get it right by translating the words as we go along!

I will definitely lie down in Parliament square with everyone. Gloucestershire MP has done nothing to help! Heartily sick of this county.

They don’t listen to patients or care. Shocking.

I was able to order multiple boxes of Rotexmedica b12 depot x10 vials (hydroxocobalamin) from Pharma24.de with Paypal express. DHL has emailed me to confirm it has shipped.

I didn’t even have to register or write my address or sign up to a newsletter. At some point I changed country to UK. There are two shipping options. I went with cheapest 14eur.

I used ‘german to english’ in google to copy and paste what ever sentences I didn’t understand. But its possible to buy without understanding the language because of paypal express button.

Thank you so much Wedgewood!!! I had trouble finding a trustworthy pharmacy who took paypal. I didn’t want the other b12 on amazon.de. And no one will sell us rotexmedica depot on amazon at the moment.

My 10-pack boxes of Rotexmedica Hydroxocobalamin arrived in 6 days. It was loaded onto ParcelForce van Friday night but not delivered until Monday morning. Because saturday delivery was not paid for. (Sooo last century! 🙄)

Unfortunately these boxes only have one year until expiry date. June 2022.
