This is especially for Hidden -and all those who need cheering up today.

This tree always blooms pink at the top and white at the bottom, just like a Coconut Ice bar. Remember them ?

That is so beautiful, and what a wonderful sky too. Thank you for posting. But now I wish I was nibbling a corner of coconut ice!

A sky full of lambs. Did that make you hungry too ?

No, I can't face lamb this time of year when they are so gorgeous to watch in the fields with tails going nineteen to the dozen! I'll stick to the coconut.....

"Like" icon not working, it seems. So I'll just write "heart" !

No fields of lambs where I live, so really I'm just imagining that that sky is similar to the real thing. If you stand back and screw your eyes up a bit.

We have got donkey fields nearby though- which is not what you'd expect in London.

Yes, the lack of 'Like' has been annoying me for a few days! I'm glad you have donkeys close by. We have a few goats with kids on our regular walk and our sheep and lambs are 'free range', holding up the local traffic - known here as a lamb jam....It is a really beautiful sky though, as it is here tonight so hoping the bats will be out shortly.

There is a problem with Like - but mostly you can get over it!

Click on Like as usual. Then refresh the page. (How you do this depends on the browser you are using. F5 on Windows.)

"lamb jam" - I like that. There was a farm of sorts at the end of the road. I know they had a horse, because it used to wake me up in the mornings neighing, and they used to sell the horse manure.

We also have bats around on summer evenings.

We used to get a lot of stag beetles too -numbers have dropped massively in recent years. I put logs in the garden to rot down for the grubs.

Bats are brilliant! I stand at the window with my detector and get really excited.......I envy you your stag beetles though. Sad that you don't get so many now. There are supposed to be badgers nearby but we just get the holes and never see them. Sadly I can't run to a trail camera at the moment. I have logs too, and nettles and use no chemicals so plenty of food for the birds. We were watching an adult male blackbird feeding a fluffy youngster in the bushes earlier today. A shallow dish of water gives them somewhere to bathe and the sparrows are such fun to watch when I'm washing up. Enjoy x

I noticed two messages today : the Pernicious Anaemia Society reminder about the survey and Versandapo with discounted offer on B12 100s.

So two questions:

1) Have you all filled out the Pernicious Anaemia Society survey about research yet ?

2) Are Versandapo dealing with the UK again ?

I have responded to the survey - glad to hear that you don't need to have a PA diagnosis for this one. That's getting to be a rarity these days -and not that easy to keep hold of either from what I'm hearing lately !

As for Versandapo - Just curious really - I've got quite enough B12 for now, on account of ordering pre-Brexit and then reordering because I'd forgotten that I'd already done that... worse, I did that twice: for the B12, then again for the sharps etc.

Doh !

I thought versandapo might be missing us lately because they sent me the usual reminder about points- but this time added a picture of a box of 100 ampoules and an advert for B12 with price reduction.Perhaps they just wanted to let me know: "Here's where you could have spent your points if you hadn't left the EU..."
