I have been treating pernicious anemia for a year now and I had gotten to a really healthy spot and was working out daily. However, recently I have been feeling fatigued again and I got lab work done and these were my results. Any thoughts?

low MCHC could be indicative of an iron problem. GRA|N% is a measure of a particular white cell type so could indicate an infection. However I'm not a health care professional. Going by a single measure is difficult as test results really need to be evaluated in a full context. one measure being out of range my not mean anything. It could also be a blip.Please take professional medical advice before deciding on any actions/
