You can't. It is a prescription only medicine. You can buy it from Germany, where a prescription is not needed. However, the aftermath of Brexit has interrupted supplies from most dealers because they refuse to ship to the UK.

It is possible to buy Rotexmedica B12 Depot from Amazon.de and have it shipped to the UK.

Patches are totally useless.

You might try some 1000 mcg pills, three times a day. Some people believe that they can help, even with PA. They do nothing for me.

Some places have stopped shipping to the Uk. Not sure if it’s Brexit or covid or even both. Have you tried pharmasana.co.uk ? It’s a German pharmacy.

Yes - I only held off as they were slightly dearer I have enough ampoules for a while, but thought I should get more in case any other emergency comes up. I tried the two companies I have ordered f rom yet again - no go. My husband tried - and succeeded! 🙄😀 Now I have 100 ampoules winging their way from Germany 😄

Think it depends on what pharmacy the batch is supplied by. Some pharmacies sending to uk some not.

I clicked on individual packs 10 and it said not sending to uk - so I clicked on 100 (10 packs 10) and it went thru. Cost with postage £68 for 100 vials. Apohealth. Dispatch confirmed fingers crossed !

Sally - I’ve just been on to my orders De and it says dispatched however it also says now when I try to click on reorder to get you a link - that item cannot be sent to UK! I’m sorry... I would just keep trying different times as it seems to depend on which pharmacy they are using and as you know with Amazon they change suppliers all the time as new stocks become available.

You can pick different pharmacies. None of them deliver to the UK anymore.

I ordered from Apohealth on the Amazon.de site on Thursday 7th.Jan 21 and it was shipped yesterday and due to arrive on 12th. or 13th. Fingers crossed. The problem is Britains failure to negotiate financial services in the Brexit trade deal that has caused VAT complications that some German pharmacies do not want to deal with. Quite understandable as they are required to register for UK Vat.

I started Chat with Amazon.de They informed me there is a problem delivering to UK. They could not say when it would be resolved, but hoped it would not be longer than a month. So glad I have a supply
