You can obtain Methylcobalamin ampoules from Arnika pharmacy in Munich . They are small manufacturing chemists who only sell direct . You can email them [e-mail] or phone them on 0049 89452468468 . You let them know what you want . They then tell you what it will cost , and you pay in advance with PayPal .

There is no real reason why methylcobalamin should be any better than cyanocobalamin or hydroxocobalamin. It is more expensive, more difficult to source, less stable and more prone to side-effects.

I agree with you fbirder , but I feel I should give people the information that they ask for . I tried Methylcobalamin ampoules , and found them no better than Hydroxocobalamin.

Oh, yes. If people insist on methylcobalamin then that's up to them. But most requests are because people have read nonsense on the interwebs. SO I think they should be made aware that methylcobalamin is almost certainly not the best choice.

That is what I really wanted when I was told I have to inject B12 and after reading everything on the net about methylcobalamin.

But the truth is it’s hydroxocobalamin is just as good.

Note: Just for informational purposes. There’s no harm if you want to choose to use Methyl.
