Hi . I have started supplementing all essential amino acids also Gaba which has helped immensely to the point that I Used to self inject every 4 days but now can go 4 weeks without needing to self inject

Thanks so much for your reply. I am going to give it a shot. Not literally. Either pill or powder.

Hope it helps

I used it and it was superb. Do you know for certain you have leaky gut. Personally I think the powder works well. You should titrations your dose up to 10 tsp a day split between three doses. If you google it you’ll find it. Good luck.

Thanks Martin. I don't know for certain I have leaky gut but I do have autoimmune p. A. I remember as a child having very bad salmonella poisoning and suffer from allergies which Ibelieve are exacerbated by iffy digestive issues. I am happy to try l- glutamine as I believe it to be beneficial.

What did you find that was "superb" about it ? Which symptoms did it relieve ? Over what period of time did you notice the improvement ? Did you then stop taking it ?

Shall be grateful for the above, and any similar clarifications.

Cheers,

Sid ;~)

I am reading up about what is best to use and I have just received some collagen powder as that is also recommended to heal a leaky gut. I will let you know the outcome

I’ve just started taking L glutamine 500mg pills just one a day, planning to increase on days I run. It’s only been 2 days but I’ve not had stomach pain.
