Finally, a doctor who understands B12

Because I hear, and have experienced, so many negative stories regarding doctors and their lack of response to those of us with B12 deficiency I had to give a report about a proactive doctor. I had lunch with my husband's cousin's wife this week. While we were talking she mentioned she had been diagnosed with B12 deficiency earlier this year. She also told me that she hadn't had any symptoms but her doctor tested her blood as part of her annual physical and saw her B12 was very low. As if that weren't amazing enough, this doctor has put her on B12 shots every TWO WEEKS for the rest of her life. She said her doctor would prefer if she got a shot every week but she gets tired to going to her office so she's just getting them on a two week cycle. I told her she was very lucky to have such a good doctor.

I'd trade my east coast US hot and humid weather for Scotland's delightfully cool weather any day.

That’s true- I lived in Singapore for 18 months and just could not get used to the humidity !! At least here you just put a cosy jumper on and you are fine again !
