Morning fatigue (again)

Hi all

I’m posting this as a separate thread rather than hijacking the last one.

I would be interested to hear more about the morning fatigue as this has been troubling me. When I do manage to get up it does subside quite a bit and I get waves throughout the day but I really don’t understand. Is this common with b12 deficiency?

I have constant aches and pains for no reason as if I have been exercising hard and my tinnitus has got considerably worse recently.

I had loading dose last June then 2 monthly until been Jan and have SI every few weeks since then. I take folic acid, iron and magnesium.

Don’t know what else to do. Is this typical of B12? Should I SI more? Injections seem to help a little but not as much as i would hope.

I have exactly the same pattern of tiredness. I only come alive at tea time. Sleep most of the day on and off and all night of course. I haven't been diagnosed yet but hoping at least one blood test will prove something.
