In need of injectable Methylcobalamin

Hi, I just called Intravita to get my usual delivery of methyl and I'm told they're not longer selling it. They said to go directly to the manufacturer - Arnica Apothecary (Germany) - but it looks as if I have to be medical to order with them. Can anyone help/advise on where I can get injectable methylcobalamin please? I'm devastated...

Both those are US companies. Neither ship their methylcobalamin refrigerated, so it will go off in transit.

It's not easy to get injectable methylcobalamin in Europe because almost everybody uses hydroxocobalamin, or cyanocobalamin, both of which are as good as, if not better than, methylcobalamin.

Thank you but I don’t understand the article. I’ve always self injected with methyl so not sure of anything else. Obviously have hydroxo from gp but that does next to nothing.

You can get Methylcobalamin in 1mg x 1ml ampoules direct from Arnika . email address —- [e-mail] ( in Munich) . Write what you require , they will email you the cost ,and you can pay them by PayPal . You can also phone them on 089-452-468-468 . They understand English .

Forgot to mention that the international dialling code for Germany is 0049 then you leave off the zero at the beginning of the number . . I have phoned them in the past and they have always understood English . They are friendly and competent . Best wishes .

How much does methylcobalamin cost compared to rotexmedica hydroxocobalamin?

I got an email back from Arnika (I am in Canada):

I wonder why the price I'm quoted is so much higher than yours.

As a comparison, I got Rotexmedica hydroxocobalamin 10x1ml from counterapo on amazon.de for about 8 € + 30 € shipping via bpost.

The price I quoted was from Intravita not Arnika. I haven’t bought from them before.

Rustypoo has the answer for Arnika’s Methylcobalamin . I always buy 10 x 10 packets of Rotexmedica Hydroxocobalamin. from either versandapo.de or from bodfeld-apotheke.de .

Costs about £58 for 100 ampoules , with a use - by date of about 2 1/2 years . The courier costs €9.00 no matter how many you order .
