Restarted every other day hydroxocobalamin injections. Now into 4th week. Some improvements being made which I'm very relieved about.
Still waiting for light sensitivity to lesson /go. Still have a ' sizzling head' if I do too much like try and read a book! ( bought the 2nd edition by m Hooper) Still in bed 12 hours as seem to crash around 8pm. Still not driving but am walking. So not functioning to a level I can shop or indeed cook properly. The 'fizzing " head happening more and popping of ears? Fatigue rather than exhauation.Bloods finally back. Folate not done as hasn't been 3 months! ( labs refused) HB 131g/l total white blood count 5.2g/L (was 11.6) mcv 92.1fl neutrophil 3.29/l (was. 3) lymphocyte below range 1.0 (1.1 3.5) vit D 53mmol/L ferritin39ug/l so seem to have settled . If anthing humps out to anyone that could be improved please say. I take 400ug folic acid. Vit D ( a loading dose a week ago 20,000) usually 25ug a day vit c . zexanthema and lutein(eyes) I also on every other day take a multi vit and not duplicating anything. I tried omega 3 standard dose but upstairs my stomacheek so may take 2x week . Any thoughts appreciated

Your Ferritin is in range but would be better at a higher level such as 60 or 80 . My OH was prescribed ferrous fumerate twice a day at that level . You could join the tinitus group or google tips to help tinitus , hopefully it will improve in time with b12 injections / daily folic acid . Glad you are improving slowly , it takes time , all the best . 🌟😀
Thank you. I thought ferritin should be higher. I will try and address that. I'm hoping the head sizzling and tinnitus is part of the healing. Yes improvine slowly. Headache all day today though! I will continue the every other day Injections. Hope your OH is doing okay. Thank you for your kind reply. You replied when I was extremely poorly and I acted on your advice. TC
