Alot of us in the UK use Medisave. They sell everything you'll need. I would also recommend a ampoule snapper from Amazon. Makes it so much easier to open them without spilling any

Thank you Penni - I will take a look, I am not sure about the sizes and trying not to panic

I use a 2ml syringe with needle. They come in boxes of 100. I also get a box of 100 pre-injection swabs. For just over £1 for a box I think it's well worth it.

Yes those are the ones I use. I tried the 1ml but they are not big enough for a whole ampoule

Hi, Please, please can you keep us all up to date on your experience? where did you get your B12 for instance? I'm seriously thinking about going down your route to supplement my current 3mth routine.

Just a tad nervous about buying the wrong B12, if my GP will stop my current injections or them getting a bit "sniffy" when I have my blood tests.

You are a pioneer !! sadly my GP doesn't understand that the 3mth routine just isn't enough. I have tried the patches - for me a complete waste of money. Pills would just create expensive urine, so I'm thinking I should try the self administering route. So I would seriously interested on your progress. Thank you for the link - greatly appreciated.
