Methylmalonic Acid Results Normal

I paid for MMA and homocystein blood tests as my BA12 blood tests came back within range. The MMA has come back normal, homocystein slightly above range but I know that can be due to other things. I'm worried about dementia symptoms and in spite of this result I want to try high dose sublingual vit B12 just to see if it makes a difference. Please can you recommend one preferably with folic acid, or should I take that separately?

I would take them separately. You can get folic acid from the supermarket (nice and cheap). Sublingual B12 high-dose tablets are normally methylcobalamin. Amazon have a wide selection.
