Private Blood tests - where to go?

Hi All, looking for suggestions of where to go for private blood tests. My husband has symptoms of fatigue, low motivation, fall asleep all the time, low mood, anxiety around new people, had it for years and various other complaints such as high blood pressure (being treated medically), deterioration on his shoulder joint leading to him giving up activites and having injections for the pain in the past, also knees are bad, had some issues with gout and then had pain in feet that was put down as gout (automatically) by G.P but we realised later was not gout. Our surgery is useless! As we know not everything is down to B12d/PA so would be good to have full bloods to test everything.
