I am looking for some advice please. I recently had some blood tests to investigate some symptoms (fatigue, aches & pains, tingling legs etc) and the results came back with the following:
Folate (serum) - 2.44 ug/L (2.91 - 50.00)
25 OH Vitamin D - 39.8 nmol/L (50 - 200)
Vitamin B12 - 143 pmol/L (140 - 724)
I have an appointment with my GP tomorrow to discuss so just looking for some advice as to what I should expect / ask for based on these results? Will there be further blood tests / investigations required?
Thanks in advance for any advice

All three are low. I would suggest to the doctor that you take folic acid (400 ug a day) and Vitamin D - both bought from the supermarket.
For the B12 I would ask for a course of injections as described in the British National Forumlary (BNF - your doctor will have a copy). For people with neurological symptoms (your tingling toes) that will be injections every other day until there is no further improvement) followed by one every 12 weeks for life.
You might have to negotiate and concede a review after three weeks.
If the doc isn't keen on the jabs then ask for an MMA test, plus tests for IF (Intrinsiv Factor) and GPC (Gastric Parietal Cells) antibodies.
MMA will indicate if there's a problem getting enough B12 into cells.
