Advice greatly appreciated

Hi, last year I started to feel really rubbish and after some research online about my symptoms I figured it was B12 deficiency. I was given a blood test and told this was in the normal range. I wasn't satisfied at this as I knew all my symptoms were pointing to this so asked for a copy of my test results and although I cant remember the exact figure I think my level was 206 (range 200 to 800) so after putting a request in writing to the doctor to consider giving me the B12 injections they agreed to trial them for a year. I cannot begin to explain the improvement I have felt from these but recently I have began to feel really tired and exhausted all the time with zero energy. My doctor requested I have a Full Blood Count, Thyroid tested and Ferritin tested. The results came back from the lab as normal but due to my past experience I just wanted to share my results and ask if anyone can give me any advice if I need to research anything further to try and improve my energy levels.

Full Blood Count

Hb 133 (115-165)

WBC 5.2 (4.0-11)

PLT 347 (150-400)

MCV 95.6 (80-100)

RBC 4.28 (3.8-5.8)

Hct 0.409 (0.36-0.46)

MCHC 326 (320-360)

Neut 2.53 (2.0-7.5)

Lymp 2.15 (1-4)

Mono 0.42 (0.2-1)

Eos 0.05 (0-0.4)

Baso 0.02 (0-0.2)

TSH 0.97 (0.3-4.9)

Ferritin 30 (5-205)

Sodium 139 (137-144)

Potassium 4.9 (3.5-5)

Creat 62 (50-98

Any help of advice is much appreciated.

Thank you

You need to check folate, Vit D and possibly full thyroid tests. Following on from that you may need to check absorption issues.

I would say that your Feritin is low. 30 puts you at the low end of normal.
