Very interesting and currently parts of his book are being serialised in the daily mail this week with some very good info on how to make sauerkraut (sorry ..never know how to spell that) and probiotic ice cream etc.

A few years ago my friend was diagnosed with diabetes and completely cured herself with the help of his book.

Thanks for that pugdogs - I missed the episode on sauerkraut.

Have two friends who also completely reversed their diabetes 2 following his Eight Week Blood Sugar Diet. No more metformin 🤗

Yes, absolutely -One of the problems that come with PA is low or no stomach acid - Hypochlorhydria or Achlorhydria , which lead to disturbance of stomach flora , when bad bacteria take over . Probiotics can help to re-establish the balance . One of the best probiotics is raw organic sauerkraut , which can be made at home .

I take the bimuno supplement that he tried on the programme, but in pastille form as it's a little gentler for people who have IBS, (although I'm wondering whether I really have now). I can confirm that it has definitely helped me, improvements usually show after 3-4 days.

I haven't had it the last two days and I've woken up in the night... Not sure if that's linked or not but it wouldn't be surprising.
