A new book has given me hope

It was recommended recently by a client and I bought it because it has so many stars by it on Amazon. I was convinced I had B12 deficiency because when I took it, most of my typical b12 deficiency symptoms left (and my lifelong soft nails became strong!). The author, Anthony William, described Epstein Barr Virus and the course of the disease and it perfectly fitted what I was suffering from. He sets out a course of treatment that I am now following. Part of that is taking B12 methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. As yet I have nothing to report, but perhaps others might like to read his book, though I should say that the title reveals the source of his information: The Medical Medium. The information within it though is, by my estimation, mind blowingly accurate, making me trust the suggestions he gives for getting better.

I bought his book on thyroid healing which I think has the most important recipes such as celery juice and smoothies. It's been about 3 weeks now and can tell you I felt a huge difference in energy around a week into it. After about being away for over a year, I started hitting the gym and although I feel like a total newbie, it's an amazing feeling to be able to have the energy and strength once again. Mind you all this is just doing the celery juice. I dont drink alcohol still mostly on the standard American diet. I am making good progress on incorporating more fruits and veggies. It would be great to hear your progress. For anyone who is interested in trying the medical medium out, I myself dont buy into the whole spiritual aspect of the book but have seen amazing results non the less. By the way I dont self inject but get my b12 shot every 4 to 6 weeks.
