I misread this as barbie qoo. Yummy. LOL 😁

I have mine in the evening with the idea that it will help repair overnight as well as being more convenient.

Yes I am enjoying the summer today with a lovely bbq. Hope you're all enjoying it too!😊

I do mine in the morning and this keeps me running during the day and then I sleep OK as it runs down through the night!Β

I guess it's best to experiment and see what suits you best. Β

Please make sure you get enough of the cofactors - a good multivitamin and mineral supplement plus folate, potassium and magnesium to metabolise it. Β

Good luck! Β

How much do you inject 1 ml or 2 ?

Sorry for the delay in replying - only just seen your question!

I use 1.5mg in 1 ml hydroxocobalamin from versandapo.de

Most (including the NHS) use 1mg in 1ml.

It's up to you but I presume that the lower the volume the easier and more comfortable it is to inject.

For more information you could look up my profile and see my post "My Experiences".

Good luck!

Hi deniseinmilden,

Can I ask what potassium do you take and how much?

Many thanks

Hi Jose,

I get the extra potassium I need, beyond that I can get from my diet, from "Lo-Salt".

I'm not sure if you can get it in NI but you might find it in local, independent grocers.

It's 66% potassium chloride and 34% sodium chloride.

I tried it because I have used it to good effect as an electrolyte in animals and I checked out its safety for me with my vet (Drs are totally useless). Chlorides are more bio-available than other forms and we need the chloride molecules to make HCl for stomach acid. I was wary that the sodium content could cause a problem with my blood pressure but as that is always very low it is unlikely and in fact probably is a sign that I need more anyway!!

I'm not sure quite how much I take as I just take enough to try to keep my symptoms under control and sometimes I need more than others. It's about 1 to 2 tea spoons a day. I really need to work it out properly but I sort of don't want to coz I know it's more than should be toxic and I don't want to admit to that!! It's daft though coz I can't survive without it.

I hope this is OK for you and you feel better again soon, especially after your accident on top of everything else!

Thanks Denise,

I appreciate your kind words, I really do. Isn't it strange how you can pick up what is going on in a strangers life?

I started injecting daily this past 3 days and the pain in my hip is not as bad as it was early in the week.

I am waiting on results on saliva tests for the adrenals and a breath test for Helicobactor.

I rarely go to my GP but speak to her on the phone when necessary. I still feel very disappointed that she failed to diagnose B12 def and Vit D def.

I had spent over 3 months in Italy in 2014 and still had Vit D def. (my sis is married to an Italian) all her family take a liquid Vit D supp. Unbelievable.

I hope you are ok and I love reading your replies to so many members. πŸ‘
