Does anyone take Lithium Orotate to aid absorption in the cells? If so what dose, when, how etc. Is it safe?

Thanks

I have only heard of lithium in relation to treating mood disorders - not come across it in relation to 'absorption in the cells'

From what I can see of a quick search lithium orotate is being used as a natural alternative to other forms of lithium but comes with huge health warnings ... which doesn't surprise me as I'm aware that lithium prescriptions come with a huge amount of monitoring and follow up and the side-effects of lithium poisoning are many and quite horrible.
