High serum b12. Is sublingual necessary?

I've been taking my B12 (adenosylcobalamin, methylcobalamin and a little hydroxycobalamin) sublingually, but I was wondering if my high serum B12 (750) means that my problem isn't getting the B12 into serum. The problem must be elsewhere, either in the delivery to the cells with transcobalamin or in the efficiency of the red blood cells.

Do you think sublingual is necessary in this situation? It can be a bit of a faff!

Thank you for your help.

Have you looked into MTHFR gene mutations?

Yes, I have and I have a mutation which means I don't recirculate B12 well, though I confess I'm not utterly sure what effect that has on my levels.
