I have recurrent painful mouth ulcers,genital rash/redness non painful and pain in my eye could this be bd?

It sounds very much like BD but you will have to have investigations to make sure it is.Hope you get all the answers you want. It took seven long years to get myself diagnosed. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply , met the eye doc who gave me a clean chit after all the checks and gave me some drops to put....pain still persists .... can bd give you pain in the eye without any infection etc

Yes, it can. Did he give you cortisone drops? That's the only thing that will fix it...reduces the inflammation that causes the pain. Mine felt like a grain of sand in my eye all the time. That's how I got diagnosed: complained to my gynecologist of genital pain and mentioned that I also had inflammation in my eye, so she was able to diagnose by checking levels of inflammation in my blood. Your best bet is go to a rheumatologist.
