Elderly advanced Parkinson's treatment options

Hello there - writing on behalf of my father who is 75yr old and has had PD now for 12-13 years and lives in the US. The condition has advanced severely. He is currently on the Duopa Pump which regulates the Levidopa/bypasses the gut, supposedly being more effective.

However, since he's had the pump, since March 2020, there have been numerous complications in conjunction with the disease progressing.

His hallucinations are also particularly strong right now.

Just writing to see if anyone has found any treatments particularly useful for someone his age. Seems treatments outside the US are always better.

Cheers and stay safe
