tongue sensations

i am having sensations like rubber bands and staples, tape and thread on my tongue and my doctors don't understand what or why these symptoms are occurring except it

supposed to be part of parkinsons and say i need to see a psychiatrist to get meds to treat this problem and it is getting really stressful on me. does any one else have this problem?

I suggest talking to your Dentist. Prescription oral mouthwash. Could be your nerves in your mouth are out of sync. The mouthwash, any mouth wash will change the state of your nerves in your mouth. The worst that could happen is you will have fresh breath. May I also suggest alcohol free to start.

I don't have this problem, but my tongue suddenly went blinded a about a month ago. Texture. Is all I sense.
