I think that we need to focus more on giving comfort and hope to The Victims of Parkinson's Disease.

I know that it is hard to go from day to day without getting bummed out over having PD, but dwelling on The Subject excessively can be a bring down as well. Rather than looking for new symptoms to fret over put your self in a frame of mind that causes calmness. Try thinking about your victories, such as going two days WITHOUT falling down or getting The Shakes. Having positive thoughts has more healing qualities than pondering doom 24/7.
