Have a great trip. I have booked a flight to Ireland from Australia in May and am dreading the flight when the medication wears off and I am travelling thru multiple time zones.

We travelled to florida from the uk that is a five hour difference I kept my watch on uk time so that he took his meds on time.when we landed it was 3pm uk time and 8pm florida time .3pm is his afternoon meds and then in uk he takes his last meds at 10pm so in florida he took his night meds at 11pm florida time.then the next day he took meds on florida time.i understand its about 24hrs to get to ireland from australia so stay on aussie time til you go to bed in ireland then go to irish time when you get up and same on reverse journey.hope thst helps
