Hi All

Its the weekend again so I hope everyone has a good one, let me know what you`re doing. Its the usual thing for me tomorrow, Ill be seeing my 3 kids, so praying for no rain. Not sure if I`m needed at work this weekend but if I am at least they let me see my kids around my shifts.

Is it Leeds Rhinos they`re playing? I know Huddersfield Giants are playing Warrington Wolves......I think it will be a St Helens v Warrington final...............It is St Helens you follow isnt it?

I have got a busy weekend- my mum is 77 tomorrow so we are having lunch at the local pub, then tomorrow night friends have invited me for dinner (feels a bit like vicar of dibley). Then I am cooking Sunday lunch for my son and his fiancé. Have fun everyone! xx

Off to Whitby for the weekly shop (that should be fun)

I am hoping for a kind day so as to get the final coat of paint on the conservatory. I got the undercoat on yesterday. I hate all the outdoor painting but it has to be maintained.

Every year it takes me longer to get it done.

Cooking a mushroom Risotto for lunch. After that, who knows?

Weekly wash and general house clean on a Sunday, and a prayer for fine weather to get it all dried.

Then after a bit of a rest,

Stand on my head and whistle Dixie .

Hi Andy hope your visit with kids goes well. They are adorable. I'd love to visit my daughter but she's "taking a break" . Hope it's over soon. SHe has a TBI traumatic brain injury and doesn't like it that I have PD. So I'll have fun in other ways--go to Buddhist center and cool off with friends, enjoy the muggy NYC air in the lovely park and read the papers. I'm fortunate to be able to ride public bus for free, being a Transit retiree. I had lunch with old co-workers yesterday when I went to replace my lost Transit pass. A fun reunion. Have a good one!!!

I'm in the middle of my vacation now. Unfortunately, it has been a rainy period, but I hope for better weather soon so I can get my boat in the water and get out and start fishing. Hope you have hade a good weekend with your lovely kids Andy. Have a good week.
