I am with you, I have been in so much pain and exhaustion over the last few months that I do not have a solution. I saw my neuro yesterday for severe CNS pain, he prescribed me Savella. which they use for fibromyalgia. When I got home and looked it up, it was contraindicated with Azilect. I tried to call, sent a fax. No word, I am at a loss....

I have recently been put on Neupro Patches 2mgm daily

I have more strange sort of energy than I have had for ages, I am not sure if it is the combination of Madopar or what, I say strange because, I feel as if I could do anything, but yet feel exhausted but cannot stop working. I really don't mind this because I have always hated being still.

For what itis worth... I cannot differentiate one cause of fatigue from another so all I can do is attempt to address it. I seem to take a lot of naps!! Here I go again!
