Finally I have something exciting to report on for the weekend. We are LAgoing to Los Angeles to watch our son graduates from a masters program at UCLA . We rented a wheelchair and I have a bed in the back of the car for me to lie down in, I hope I can make it it will be a long day!

Enjoy your experience. You must be very proud of your son. Goes to prove you can do anything if you want it hard enough.

I am proud of him, he's my only child and I had a hard time getting him! I was soooo happy to be there.

Dozed on the mattress on the ride up--not very safe, but oh well. The wheelchair was a necessity, I'd still be walking across campus! The weather was perfect. Thanks!

I feel sore and achy this morning but my head is filled with wonderful images. There was a party afterwards at a restaurant and watching him interact with others was fun, he's so grown up and comfortable in his skin. His adorable girlfriend graduated too. Thanks for the comment.

Thanks Terrie! It was really wonderful ! I can hardly move today, but maybe I'll loosen up as the day goes on?

What a beautiful neighborhood! You have such a wonderful attitude and positive outlook. I try to keep really positive but sometimes I feel sad to maintain my positivity . I don't complain to my family And actually today looks like a good day so I'm happy.
