RLS

I have noticed alot of people are asking questions about RLS. It reminded me of an article I read in the newspaper a couple of years ago. The article said to place a bar of opened soap between the mattress and sheet at the foot of the bed and it would stop the shaking. Now I didn't believe it would work so I never tried it. But the other night when I couldn't sleep I decided to try it. To my surprise it DID work.

It's got to be worth a try.

I tried it...didn't think it works.

I'll try it again.
