Recently I posted a question about getting overheated and profusely sweating.

My friends have been helping me check out various things I could use to combat this problem. What we found best is the Froggtoggs Chilly Pad (see picture) and it seems to be quite widely available. In my local area it was sold in the Tracker Supply Store (for $10) and at Bed, Bath and Beyond (for $14.99.)

I started using one a couple of days ago and I love it! Really seems to help. I'm posting this in the hope others here will find it useful. It would be interesting to hear about this or any other products people find that help.

Thank you for posting this. I think the overheating can be a bit embarrassing and I always say that I'm hormonally challenged, which gets a giggle. There are some symptoms that are just plain annoying! I'm just thankful to not be alone with them. I plan on trying this.

Hi Ladyhowell, thanks for commenting. I too suffer from this and yes it can be embarassing, especially when I am trying dress up for something. I take a shower, then I start sweating and feel like I never took one! :)

I look forward to some feedback. Let me know if it works for you.
