CO Q10

Does anyone in the UK know where is the best and cheapest place to get CO Q10 tablets from .I went in to Boots Chemist and could not believe how expensive they were.

Quite a few people appear to have good results from them. I wondered whether any of the companies who are always sending me booklets regarding vitamins, etc. stocked them. But just when I want one nobody is sending me one.

Sue, Please take this for what it is worth,but we have had warnings, here in the U.S., about checking the manufacturer before buying COQ10. It seems that the active ingredients are quite costly which has led to the substitution of synthetic substances which can be less effective, or even totally ineffective. I have checked the two bottles I have and find that the distributor is listed but the manufacturer is not.

Ron. Really appreciate your warning. It does not sound as though the substitution of synthetic substances is something I would want to take.

I may give this one a miss for the time being until I do some more research.

Solvar, biocare, nutrink are expensive but reputable..still cheaper in uk than in france! It is costly anywhere. Dont buy cheaper versions..

i took COQ10 for a few jmonths as i got soem at muc h r3educed price from HOLLAND 7 bARRATS

But i think they really helped my energy levels

cannot afford the full price ones like you
