Haggis is a wild animal which is only found in the Grampian Mountains in northern Scotland. Because of the scarcity of this beast the season is very short, just after New Year for 3 weeks, just in time for "Rabbie Burns" night (A famous Scottish Bard). I'm drinking a really nice bottle of Cotes de Rhone 2010 orange medal winner but who cares - I'll sleep even better now and that's more important, LOL! Got French visitor coming 2nd April so will save other bottles for then. It's amazing how the language barrier falls away when you have enough vino inside. Strange but true
